SNAP has a new Letterpress Club

Noon-5:00 pm, every second Sunday
Starting September 18

You, SNAP‘s avid letterpressers, have spoken and SNAP has listened. You wanted an opportunity to hone your letterpressing skills, to create that special project you’ve had in mind for ages, to get together with fellow letterpressers. So just for you (okay, and ourselves too), we are creating a new Letterpress Club! Letterpressers or aspiring letterpressers are welcome to come and print, proof, carve lino blocks, set type, and generally take part in the fun. There could even be joint projects! A letterpress technician will be there to assist our creative efforts – and do a little letterpressing of their own on occasion. There will be a nominal shop fee of $5.00 (not applicable to shop and studio renters) to be used for letterpress supplies and maybe even things like some new type some day. We’ll work out the other details as we go along.
